Cats N’At PGH

I volunteered with Cats N’at, where my love for animals gave me the opportunity to exercise my creative muscle through marketing, event planning, social media, and campaign development. What started as a desire to help quickly became a passion for telling the stories of cats who deserved safe, loving homes. I poured my heart into creating meaningful content, organizing community events that brought people together, and building campaigns that not only raised awareness and donations, but truly connected people to the shelter’s mission. Supporting Cats N’at allowed me to blend purpose with strategy — using my skills to give a voice to animals who couldn’t speak for themselves and helping more of them find the homes they deserved.

I helped bring our community together through Community Days, our “March Meowness” fundraising event, and engaging social media competitions that encouraged followers to participate, share, and support the shelter in fun, meaningful ways. From concept to promotion and execution, I focused on creating experiences that felt joyful, inclusive, and mission-driven.
